From the Streets of NYC to the Heart of Logistics and Leadership

My journey began at the age of twelve on the streets of New York City, distributing supermarket flyers across all five boroughs. That early experience taught me the rhythm of the city—how movement, timing, and placement drive results. I learned to think strategically before I even knew the word “strategy.” When I noticed certain blocks produced better outcomes, I began designing my own routes, guided by observation and intuition. It was my first lesson in logistics: systems perform best when the people within them understand both the big picture and the smallest details.

From there, I moved deeper into the operational side of business—fleet scheduling, inventory management, safety protocols, and training systems. These experiences revealed the true complexity of logistics and reinforced a critical truth: people are the foundation of every effective system. Coming from an era of analog logistics, I have witnessed the shift into today’s digital landscape—and I understand that without strong leadership, technology alone cannot guarantee success.

A Career Forged in Motion

For over two decades, I have built my career around movement, efficiency, and people. My experience spans roles within the MTA’s Access-A-Ride program, Whole Foods Market, and my own ventures in moving and advertising. Throughout this journey, I have optimized routes, refined operational systems, and trained teams to perform with professionalism, integrity, and efficiency. Each role has deepened my understanding of how human values directly impact operational excellence.

In parallel, my service as a Minister has shaped my leadership philosophy: leadership is service, and service must be both intentional and functional. Every individual—from driver to director—deserves dignity, clarity, respect, transparency, and a defined path toward long-term growth and success.
