My journey began at age twelve on the streets of New York City, handing out supermarket flyers across five boroughs. That experience taught me the rhythm of the city—how movement, timing, and placement create results. I learned to think strategically before I even knew the word “strategy.” When I realized certain blocks produced better returns, I started crafting routes myself, using data grounded in observation and intuition. It was my first lesson in logistics: systems work best when people inside them understand both the big picture and the smallest details.

From there, I stepped deeper into the world behind the shelves—fleet scheduling, inventory management, safety protocols, and compliance. Those early days revealed how complex logistics really are and how vital people remain in the process.

A Career Forged in Motion
For over two decades, I’ve been immersed in movement. From the MTA’s Access-A-Ride program to Whole Foods Market and my own ventures in moving and advertising, I’ve optimized routes, refined systems, and trained teams to think ethically and efficiently. Every role expanded my understanding of how human values intersect with operational excellence.

Along the way, my service as a Minister shaped my professional philosophy: leadership is service. Every worker, from driver to director, deserves dignity, clarity, and growth.
